
Henry David Thoreau once said, "If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them." As an entrepreneur that is where I start - somewhere above and just a little bit (or a lot) unrealistic. That is just the way that it is.
The Faroe Islands also seem unrealistic, and most people are barely aware that this island nation exists. It is probably for the best. The world needs mystery archipelagos that are just waiting to be discovered and appreciated. That is one of the wonders of travel, stumbling upon a place on a map and possibly understanding the world a little better for your effort. A small archipelago, part of Denmark though semi-sovereign, and just painstakingly dramatic and gorgeous, the Faroe Islands are just sort of floating out there in the I mean, look at the picture above. It is striking, or better yet, watch the video below. Money shot at 40 seconds. I shot that with my drone over the course of one day. There was so much more to do here.
